Servus Gemeinde,
ich bin auf www.freedrive.co.uk auf einen interessanten Beitrag vom Freedrive Schöpfer "CDRSkull" gestossen. Laut diesem Artikel wird in der bald erscheinenden Version 1.0 das letzte Manko von Freedrive behoben. Das nicht skinnbare Menü. Hier der Originalpost in Kopie:

I was going to release this today, but decided to hang fire and make the menu's skinnable. So I've made a start and now done three of em so far.. They will work like this

b4=0,100,100,100,swapskin
b5=100,100,100,100,viewtoggle
b6=200,100,100,100,history
b7=0,200,100,100,cancelroute

b9=200,200,100,100,menu2
b10=300,0,50,300,cancelmenu
You will have three menus 1,2 and 3. (3rd being the settings menu at the moment)
I have been going through each menu and adding sdk commands to them all, you can have upto 30 different buttons on each menu, so If you just want one menu to have all the buttons on it then you can. There will be a single jpg for each, this will auto center on freedrive but not autosize. I will provide a full list of commands which can be used, these will also be available through the sdk command as well. So to recap.. you can have 3 menus.. being able to load each from each and also have any button on each :-)

Nein, die Menüs waren nicht skinbar. 
Ich warte auch schon drauf, ebenso wie dbassix für seinen überarbeiteten MMI Skin. Mich interessieren die Menüs weniger, da ich ja keinen Touchscreen habe und es sich mit Tastatur bestimmt nicht bedienen läßt. Interessant ist das Feature mit der Transparenz der Skins, somit muß die Karte nicht mehr viereckig sein. Ach ja und die Übersetzung von den englischen Manöverhinweisen folgt demnächst auch.
